DG55RZ503 55" Razor-thin bezel LCD Monitor

Tiled LCD displays are often the easiest solution in smaller installations. But the visible bezel of conventional tiled LCD video walls can sometimes prove a distraction. Now, with the arrival of the DG55RZ503 and DG55RZ703 Razor LCD displays, there is another option. At just 0.88 mm, the 55” Razor displays deliver a virtually seamless screen surface, combining stunning performance with the ease of installation and cost-effectiveness of conventional tiled LCD.

Available in both 500 cd/m² (DG55RZ503) and 700 cd/m² (DG55RZ703) brightness variants, the 55” displays offer a contrast ratio of 1100:1 and are rated for 60,000 hours of continuous operation. In common with all products in the 4Diamond Grid range, the DG55RZ is fully compatible with Mitsubishi Electric’s complete range of hardware and software screen controllers and is the perfect complement to Mitsubishi Electric’s well-established portfolio of high-end, mission-critical control room displays.

DG55RZ displays are equipped with Intelligent pixel shift technology (IPS) that helps prevent image sticking issues in 24/7 applications. The high-specification display is equipped with DisplayPort 1.2a, HDMI and DVD-I (HDCP enabled) digital inputs, plus component and composite video inputs. The displays can be remotely controlled via LAN or RS232. Up to seven displays can be daisy-chained together, with built-in scaling enabling simple video wall applications to be easily created without the need for an external controller.


The displays also come equipped with open content management support, programmable scheduling, automatic content switching on signal failure, panel locking and screen saver.

Installation is simplified using the DG55ENB-BRK wall mounting bracket, and in common with all 4Diamond Grid displays, the DG55ENB comes with a full 3 year warranty and is fully compatible with Mitsubishi Electric’s complete range of hardware and software screen controllers.

White Color Calibration
For the purest color reproduction and minimized color distortion, color calibration has been made available using the optional colorimeter. Measuring a set of color patterns will calculate RGB gain values based on the color alignment algorithm. The White balance setting for the target color temperature will be updated using the calculated RGB gain values.

Intelligent Pixel Shift (IPS) technology not only protects the display from image retention damage but also improves viewing angle and image clarity. Images remain vivid and bright no matter from where in the room they’re viewed.
